Have you always wanted to know what it feels like to stand on a SUP, but haven't dared to?


Or have you already had experience with the SUP and would like to get an insight into mental training?  


In a small group we will take a leisurely tour of the beautiful Walensee and get to know the elements of mental training.  

These exercises are suitable for all levels.  


Of course, enough food and drink will also be provided. :-)


Requirements: good swimmer

What to bring: Motivation to learn something new and swimming trunks  


Our SUP's and paddles are from the NAISH brand. Of course you can also bring your own equipment.
