Sport in all its facets has fascinated me all my life. But also its dark sides are constant companions, which I experience again and again as a passionate kitesurfer, in my profession as a policewoman and in everyday life.
Injuries, defeats and unexpected events like accidents occupy me every day. Far too often people are left to their own devices in their psychological crisis situations when help would have been urgently needed. Especially in these situations mental strength would be a help. But how do you get this mental strength? In the search for efficient methods to find myself again and to grow beyond myself, I came across hypnosis.
After my training as a hypnotherapist it was clear to me that in each of us exactly this mental strength is available to give life a positive turn.
